Branding manual for artists, by Bourdon.
Bourdon does not document reality, he reconstructs it. His work operates as a crafted mirror where the digital and the soul converge, not to simplify internal complexity, but to distill it into a distinct aesthetic language; to navigate his work is to enter a symbolic territory where vulnerability is armored.
More than a name, Bourdon is an act of affirmation, a practice born from introspection and the need to give shape to a personal cosmos. His creations function as masks that, paradoxically, do not conceal but reveal: visual codes translating nostalgia, desire, and dissonance into tangible textures and digital forms.
For the artist, 3D space is an existential plane of "emotional reconstruction," where every polygon is a memory and every light a state of mind. His style fuses Baroque drama with urban decay and digital coldness, achieving an aesthetic of tension: classical sculpture corrupted by the glitch, and chiaroscuro emanating from an LED screen.
"I do not seek pretty images; I seek visual meaning."
This premise guides his work, utilizing technology not to alienate but to understand oneself; building a fortress through art that invites the viewer to find beauty in their own distortion.
By confirming a reservation with 0800Bourdon, The Client accepts and adheres to the following operational protocols.
Accepted Methods: Payments via Binance (USDT), Zinli, and PayPal (USD).
Mandatory Deposit: To officialize the commission and block the slot in the schedule, a 50% advance of the total quoted value is required.
Non-Refundable Policy: This deposit covers administrative costs and reserved time; therefore, it is non-refundable once the work process has started.
File Release: The remaining 50% must be paid in full upon approval of the final preview. High-resolution files will not be sent without the balance covered.
The workflow is a mixed technique of 3D Sculpture and Digital Painting (Overpaint). To ensure quality, the process is linear:
Phase 1: Structure (3D). Geometry, pose, camera, and base lighting are defined. The Client may request shape and composition adjustments here.
Phase 2: Finish (Overpaint). The Artist manually intervenes in the image for textures and final aesthetics.
Technical Restriction: Once Phase 1 is approved, the structure is considered final. Due to the nature of digital painting, structural changes (pose, angle, limbs) are not possible during Phase 2 without an additional re-structuring cost.
Deadlines: Delivery dates are estimates. Projects with immovable dates (Deadlines) must be notified at the start.
Abandonment (Ghosting): If The Client interrupts communication for more than 15 continuous days without prior notice, the project will be considered archived. The deposit will not be returned.
Final Package: The work is delivered in High Resolution (.PNG / .JPG).
Editable Files: Upon request, source files (.nom, .svg) are provided for future use.
Deletion Policy (15 Days): For security and storage, local files are deleted from The Artist's server 15 days after delivery.
Responsibility: It is the exclusive duty of The Client to download and backup their files (including editables) within this period. The Artist is not responsible for data loss after the system purge.
Personal License: Standard payment grants rights for private use and social media promotion.
Commercial License: For use in music covers (Spotify/Apple Music), merchandise, or branding, a commercial fee must be agreed upon in the budget.
Restrictions: The use of the artwork for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training or NFTs is strictly prohibited.
